Who we are

VIAVI (“we”, “us”) operates viavi.in. If you have any question about this notice, email brand@viavi.in.

What we collect

When you request access we ask for your name, work email, company, role, and an optional message. We also record the time of the request and basic technical details (IP address, browser user agent, and the page you came from) to prevent abuse.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about VIAVI early access and design-partner onboarding.
• To understand who is interested in the product so we can prioritise what we build.
• To protect the form from spam and automated abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in a managed database hosted by Supabase and the site is served by Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf and apply industry-standard security controls.

How long we keep it

We keep access requests for as long as we are running the early-access programme, and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing brand@viavi.in. We will act on your request within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

We may update this notice as the product evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version.
